I'm so sorry I didn't make it there this morning.  I SO didn't want to get up.  But I DID.  I brushed my teeth and as I put my socks on to sleepily walk out the door....Purdee woke up petrified from a nightmare.  Sorry, kids trump working out every-time.  I hope you did anyway.  If not I'll come over and work out later.  Or I will watch the kids for you if you and mike wanna go for a run!
