I'm soo proud of you for running half a mile.  Thats killer!  Oh dear, I just said killer....

When I started running I only ran a tiny bit at a time.  Doesnt ever matter how far you go.  Just try your best.  And STRETCH! Stretch, stretch, stretch.  If you think you did ok with it stop and stretch some more.   I love you.  And we are gonna have a great summer being healthy.
